The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the Education Officer (Secondary) has forwarded the proposal to the Director of Education for incorporating the name of the petitioners in the porter. However, the Director of Education has not taken any decision on it.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In case the proposal for incorporating the name of the

2 20-WP-11356-2019 petitioners in the porter is pending with the Director of Education (Page 31), then the Director of Education shall take decision upon it within a period of six weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
