Heard learned Counsel for the parties, perused the averments in the affidavit-in-reply and in particular, para 2 thereof. We are satisfied that, there is compliance of the order dated 19th March, 2015 passed by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No.10774 of 2014. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the affidavit is consciously silent as to at which rate interest is paid to the petitioners. He submits that, in case the petitioners has any grievance about the said interest, leaving open the appropriate remedy, this petition may be disposed of.

579.15cp Contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail an appropriate remedy in case they have any grievance about the rate of interest which is paid.

We have not expressed any opinion about the grievance of the petitioner that, the entire amount and also the proper interest is not paid.
