Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
A limited grievance is raised in the petition. The petitioner was appointed as Shikshan Sevak on 5th July, 2014 in respondent no.6 school being run by respondent no.5 institute. The proposal for approval of services of the petitioner was submitted to the Education Officer (Primary) on 4th July, 2015. No decision was taken on the said proposal and again on 21st July, 2018 thee second proposal is submitted to the Education Officer (Primary) along with the requisite documents. Even this proposal is pending before the authority till date is the submission of the learned Counsel. 3.
In view of aforesaid facts, we see no impediment to dispose of the petition at the admission stage. Thus, respondent no.4 Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded is directed to decide the latest proposal dated 21st July, 2018 submitted to him expeditiously and not later than ten weeks from the date of the order of this Court.
