According to learned Additional Government Pleader one person namely Satyawan Ganpat Kamble, was directed to be absorbed in the Respondent-School. The petitioner would be

In that case Respondents have to take steps to accommodate petitioner in some other institution as the petitioner's appointment as Shikshan Sevak was approved and on completion of the period, he would be deemed permanent. The Respondents shall take steps in that regard. If vacancy is available with the Respondent institution then the name of the petitioner shall be required to be included in the pay-bills. If the vacancy is not available, the petitioner would be required to be absorbed in some other institution on grant-in-aid post.

The Respondent Education Officer shall take steps in this regard expeditiously as per availability of vacancy.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
