Learned advocate Mr. Karne h/f Mr. R.S. Wathore appearing for the petitioner/s in both writ petitions seeks accommodation by stating that the Advocate on record has personal difficulty.

We have considered the earlier entries also. It appears that earlier, he sought adjournments on 9.10.2025 he was absent. Therefore, taking into consideration his absency, following order was passed :-

wp 8227.25.odt "1. Learned Advocate for the petitioners is absent. If he is absent on the next date, the petitions are liable to be dismissed.

Place the matters for further consideration on 27.11.2025."

Now, he states that there is personal difficulty. In fact, two advocates are appearing for the petitioner/s. Advocate Mr. S.G. Magare and Advocate Mr.R.S. Wathore have given their appearances. If advocate Mr.R.S. Wathore, who has given instructions to advocate Mr. G.J. Karne, who is before us, there should be a ground for not working the matter for advocate Mr. S.G. Magare.

We do not find that there is any reasonable ground. Both the Petitions stand dismissed.
