The petitioners have challenged the order dated 03-07-2017, passed by the learned Additional District Judge-8 in Misc. Civil Appeal No.12/2017, Aurangabad, thereby granting injunction in favour of the respondent.

As the suit is of the year 2015, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously. The Trial Court shall decide the suit within a period of one year from today.
