Chaudhari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 and Mr K.S. Hoke Patil, A.G.P. for respondents no.1 & 2, within a period of one week from today and shall produce an acknowledgment to that effect, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 2.
