The learned counsel states that the amount is not disbursed to the petitioner. The said amount is to the extent of Rs.2,82,810/- (Rupees two lacs eighty two thousand eight hundred ten only). 3.

According to Mr.Ingole Patil, learned counsel, the petitioner has withdrawn an amount of Rs.1,14,811/- (Rupees one lac fourteen thousand eight hundred eleven only) when he was functioning as Head Master. The said amount is to be recovered. 4.

The disputed amount is Rs.1,14,811/- (Rupees one lac fourteen thousand eight hundred eleven only). The Respondent

shall disburse undisputed amount to the petitioner i.e. an amount of Rs.2,82,810/- (Rupees two lacs eighty two thousand eight hundred ten only) minus Rs.1,14,811/- (Rupees one lac fourteen thousand eight hundred eleven). The same shall be done expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months. As far as claim of the petitioner for remaining amount of gratuity is concerned, the petitioner may approach the authority under the Gratuity Act. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
