The petitioner in the present petition, has challenged the order dated 09.08.2018 passed below Exh.47 in Regular Civil Suit No. 777/2015, rejecting application under Order 26 Rule 9 dated 02.07.2018 preferred by the petitioner. Today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner made a statement that on 15.07.2019, the suit was decided. In view of the said fact, nothing remains in the present matter.
