Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in these matters, the petitioners have filed applications for withdrawal of the amount in 2008 before the learned Civil Judge and the same are not yet decided. The Reference under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act is allowed. The applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the State and State authorities. 2.

The petitioners shall make application to the

41-45-55 learned Civil Judge where the applications filed by the petitioners for withdrawal are pending, for hearing and passing order in the applications.

The learned Civil Judge shall consider the applications for withdrawal filed by the petitioners and take decision upon it on its own merits, expeditiously, of course in accordance with law, preferably within six months.

4.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
