Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that orders are not passed by the learned Civil Judge in Civil Misc. Application Nos.112/2017 and 113/2017 filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the amount. It is submitted that one Gorji Fatya Gavit had filed an application as a third party on 24.08.2018 seeking adjournment to file his objection in Civil Misc. Application Nos.112/2017 and 113/2017. After 24.08.2018, said Gurji Fatya Gavit never attended the Court. The Reference filed under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act is allowed. The applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the

14-15 State and State authorities.

The petitioner shall make application to the learned Civil Judge where Civil Misc. Application Nos.112/2017 and 113/2017 are pending, for hearing and passing the order in the applications.

The learned Civil Judge shall consider the Misc. applications filed by the petitioner and take decision upon it on its own merits, expeditiously, of course in accordance with law, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
