Applicants are seeking modification of the order passed by this Court on 17.06.2016 in respect of withdrawal of amount deposited by appellant in this Court.

Applicant has been permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of the total amount deposited by appellant on furnishing solvent surety. Applicant is not in a position to find out solvent surety and is willing to furnish solvent security. Applicant would be permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing solvent security instead of solvent surety. Order passed by this Court on 17.06.2016 stands modified accordingly. Civil application stands disposed of.
