The petitioners claimed to have belonged to 'Naikda' Scheduled Tribe. The respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee has not granted them validity certificates. They are therefore before us. 3.

Although the learned AGP has reservation to allow this petition, the fact is that this Court vide different orders granted the petitioners blood relations validity certificates. We are therefore to allow this writ petition.

In result, the petition is allowed in terms of the following order :

ORDER

(i) Impugned order dated 11.09.2025 passed by respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee is hereby set aside.

3-wp-11187-2025.odt (2) (ii) The respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue the petitioners validity certificates of 'Naikda' Scheduled Tribe. (iii) The validity certificates to be issued shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates to be issued pursuant to the directions given by this Court.

(iv) The petitioners shall not claim any equity.

(v) Writ Petition stands disposed of.
