Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 to 5, Mr. Ghatge,
2 WP 9008/13 learned counsel for respondent No.6 and Mr. V.D. Jadhav, learned counsel for respondent No.7.

On the last date, we had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions in respect of the period within which the E-tender process would be commenced. Learned A.G.P. has placed on record the communication dated 28th September, 2016 from the Deputy Secretary, Maharashtra State to the Commissioner, Social Welfare, and submitted that the tender would be released on 6th March, 2017 and it will take time to complete the procedure till the sanction of the Government for the successful pick-up. Said communication is taken on record, which is marked as Exhibit 'X'
for identification. The earlier tender period is also over.

In view of the statement made in the said communication, the E-tender would be issued on 6th March, 2017. The process of bid will be opened on 17th April, 2017, and thereafter, the last stage of
3 WP 9008/13 sanction by the Government for the successful bidder would be completed on 17th May, 2017. Accepting the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
