registered at Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 327, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is lodged by the applicant in Criminal Application No.121/2023. Filing of affidavit of the applicant is dispensed with. Office to register the application. Issue notice to respondents. Learned A.P.P. waives service for the State. Mr. Pedgaonkar, learned counsel waives service for respondent No.2.
