This application is for condonation of delay and bringing heirs of original claimant/Applicant - Raosaheb Mitakari on record. There is no reason to dispute the date of death and entitlement of the heirs shown in the title clause of this application to be brought on record of the deceased claimant. The cause of action survives against them. 2.

Relying on the documents annexed with application and considering the reasons for condonation of delay, I am inclined to allow this application.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'.
