PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent University to accept the examination form of the petitioner, in respect of examination, scheduled to be held in the month of November, 2015. The University has refused to accept the examination form, on the ground that, the petitioner has failed to tender validation certificate. The scrutiny committee has already been directed to take decision on validation claim of the petitioner within a period of eight months from 23.3.2015 in Writ Petition No.7093 of 2014.

In the facts of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 University to accept the examination form of the petitioner, which shall be tendered through respondent No.3 institution, together with late-fees, within a period of one week from today and also declare the result of the petitioner and it is accordingly directed.
