The learned Assistant Government Pleaders raise preliminary objection that the petitioners have remedy of appeal.

In view of that, though Ms. Talekar, the learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits of matters, we are not inclined to consider the same. Ms. Talekar, the learned counsel further raises an apprehension that the respondents in the mean time would change the mutation entries. The petitioners can seek all the remedies before the Appellate Authority. 3.

The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. For a period of fifteen

(15) days from today status quo with regard to mutation entries be maintained. No costs.
