The application is made to issue cheque in the name of Applicant No.2 Sanjay on the ground that power of attorney is executed in favour of the applicant No.2. 2.

I have heard Mr. Sangle, the learned counsel for the respondent.

The applicant No.2 cannot be allowed to withdraw the amount of other Applicants. The Registry shall issue cheque in the names applicants/claimants as per the orders. Applicant No.2 is entitled to receive cheques on behalf of other applicants. However, the cheques shall be in the name of the all applicants. The Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
