The appeal is moved by the appellant.

It is submitted that now the parties have entered into the compromise. Compromise is recorded in RCA No. 33/2022 before the learned District Judge, Shrirampur, Ahmednagar and decree is also passed on 07-05-2024.

In view of the compromise, now the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the compromise leave is granted.

Copies of compromise decree and compromise pursis are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' and 'X-2' respectively for the purpose of identification.

In view of the same, the appeal stands disposed off as withdrawn. Pending civil applications, if any do not survive and stand disposed off.
