PER COURT :- 1.

Respondent No.2 - the Committee has already been directed to dispose of the Tribe Certificate verification proposal of the petitioner within a period of one (1) year from the date of order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6353 of 2015 i.e. prior to 23rd July, 2016.

It is informed by the counsel appearing for the petitioner that, the vigilance cell report is already received by the Committee and, as such, there shall be no impediment for the committee to take decision in the matter.

We grant further three months (03) time to the Committee for taking decision in the matter. In the meantime, respondent no.3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate. It would be open for respondent no.3 to take appropriate action depending upon the result of the Committee in respect of tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner, pending with respondent no.2- Committee.

With these directions as above, writ petition stands disposed off.
