This civil application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 22.11.2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the petition for non-removal of the office objections and for condonation of delay.

For the reasons set out in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the order dated 22.11.2021 is recalled subject to payment of costs of Rs.1500/- to the High Court Law Library.

Let the office objections be removed within a period of one week from today. Upon removal of the office objection, writ petition to be restored to file.
