The petitioner has put forth a solitary prayer at clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B) To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the Respondents may kindly be directed to decide the application of the petitioner in stipulated time period." 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 9th January, 2016 on it's own merits.
