Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been given admission to B.A.M.S. 1st year against S.T. category. The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending verification with the committee since 2014, the same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. and Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for respondent No. 6.

The respondent No. 6 shall decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within 9 months. The

2 wp 11221.2017 petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

In case, the petitioner is given admission to B.A.M.S. 1st year and the petitioner is otherwise eligible then, the respondent No. 6 shall not refuse to accept the examination form and declare result and prosecute studies of 2nd year, only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.
