The petitioner seems to be anxious that in spite of a decision of the State to set up a memorial, the work has not progressed. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.02.2022, the learned A.G.P. tenders across the bar a communication dated 07.12.2023 inter alia informing that the decision of setting up the memorial that was taken in the peculiar facts and circumstances. Since the birth anniversary is already over, if and when the money is sanctioned, a decision will have to be taken, since the memorial is to be erected in place of a Zilla Parishad school and the matter is under consideration.

In light of such communication, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.

The deposit be refunded to the petitioner.
