He would submit that there is no lethargy or negligence on his part. He undertake to remove the ofÏce objections within two weeks, if the proceedings are restored to its original position.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. The proceedings are restored to its original position.
