Learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has a remedy of Revision U/s 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In light of that, though Mr.Karpe, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, I am not inclined to consider the same.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy.

All contentions kept open.

In case the Revision is filed, the forum where the Revision
