The District Deputy Registrar has already issued directions to the society to furnish the copy of the Audit Report before the date of the meeting that is 29.09.2018. The society is bound to supply copies of the documents which are required to be presented to the office of the DDR under the provisions of the statute and the Audit Report is one of such documents. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent/Bank states on instructions that the approximate costs of copying would be to the tune of Rs.10,000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on

WP.10879-2018.odt instructions states that his client would deposit the amount and would pay the amount to the employee of the Bank present in the Court. The employee of the Bank appearing before the Court shall accept the amount and shall ensure that the copy of the Audit Report is furnished today itself. 2.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
