The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B] By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that, the respondents shall decide the representations dated 03.12.2018 and 21.10.2022 file by the present petitioner before the respondents expeditiously." 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the said representations would be decided within such timeline, as may be directed by this Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction that Respondent No.1 shall decide the representations of the Petitioner within a period of 90 days from today, on their own merits.
