This application seeks review of our order dated 08/09/2015 disposing of writ petition no. 3842 of 2005. Learned counsel for the applicant asserts and even the petitioner has filed an affidavit that the impugned order was mostly based on incorrect facts and assumptions. While disposing of the petition, we observed that the petitioner has lost his job, this was an incorrect observation in view of the affidavit of the petitioner

( 2 ) s1 RA 150.15 which is now taken on record.

We are therefore, setting aside the impugned order and revive the writ petition no. 3842 of 2005. The petition shall be heard finally on the next date. Matter to be placed before appropriate bench. Review application stands allowed.
