Order :- 1.

The petitioner claims to be belonging to "Wanjari" Caste which is included in NT category. The petitioner has been admitted to second year engineering degree course as against the seat earmarked for NT category. The petitioner appeared for second year engineering degree course examination held in the month of May-2016. Although the petitioner have been declared passed in the examination, the respondent No. 3 - University has not supplied the hard copy of statement of marks and the petitioner is also not permitted to secure admission for third year engineering degree course. As a result of failure to submit caste validation certificate, the authority of University have not accepted examination form of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No. 2-Committee to take decision on the caste certificate verification proposal resubmitted on 16-07-2016 by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today.

Respondent No. 3-University as well as respondent No. 4 - College shall accept examination form of the petitioner for third year engineering degree course examination and shall permit the petitioner to appear for said examination. Respondent No. 4-College shall forward the examination form of the petitioner for third year engineering degree examination to the respondent No. 3 - University. 4.

With directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
