The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that her tribe claim for verification is pending.

The petitioner is already given admission in the 4th year of B.E. (Computer) Course.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :- (i) The respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably, within a period of four months from the

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 1st October, 2019 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is given admission in 4th year of B.E. (Computer) Course is itself sufficient to assume that the result of the petitioner of 2nd and 3rd year is declared. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
