It is submitted by both the sides that connected First Appeal No. 3472 of 2015 alongwith connected matters have already been disposed of in previous Lok Adalat on 08th February, 2020. Present first appeal is left out matter from the said group. 4.

In view of this, learned A.G.P. seeks permission to withdraw this first appeal. Learned A.G.P. further submits that the entire amount in this first appeal has already been deposited in this Court. Learned counsel for the respondent - claimant seeks liberty to withdraw the said amount.

In view of above, first appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the respondent - claimant to withdraw the said amount alongwith interest, if any, thereon.
