Present application has been fled for condoning the delay of 2651 days in fling Criminal Appeal. The present applicant is original accused in Sessions Case No.275 of 2014, who has been held guilty for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code on 02-04-2016 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad. It appears that he is in jail since 25-05-2014 and he could not immediately approach this Court as he is behind the bars. He had requested the Jailer to send proposal and appropriation application to the Legal Aid Committee for fling appeal against the conviction order. Therefore, there is sufcient ground to condone the delay. Application, therefore, stands allowed and disposed of.
