This is an Application for suspension of substantive sentence. 2.

It is brought to our notice by the learned Advocate for the Applicant - Appellant that the Applicant is behind the bars from 25/05/2014 and in coming May, he would be completing ten (10) years of incarceration. He submits that Paper-book is ready and Record and Proceedings has also received and requests that the Appeal be heard finally.

Considering the long incarceration of the Applicant, Appeal is fixed for final hearing on 13/03/2024 [High on Board]. 4.
