Notice was not issued in that matter when it was dismissed for non-prosecution on 23-06-2022 and therefore, it is not necessary that notice of this application should be given to respondent No.2. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application, delay stands condoned and the order passed by this Court on 23-06-2022 stands recalled.
