The present application is filed for recall of the bailable warrant issued to the present applicants on account of persistent nonappearance of applicants. 2.

It is submitted by applicants that notices were served upon the applicants and they had handed over the papers to the learned Advocate, but learned Advocate caused appearance in the Contempt Petition in which notices were never issued and inadvertently the Advocate of the applicants could not file V.P. in the present matter.

We have heard learned counsel for the original writ petitioners also.

The reasons given are accepted. The order issuing bailable warrant against the applicants is recalled. The affidavit shall be filed by the present applicants by 24.09.2019.
