In the light of submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we direct Respondent No.1 to take final decision on the proposal submitted by Respondent No.2 in relation to the subject matter involved in the present Petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner and also to the respondent authorities.
