Pursuant to our order dated 9th November, 2023, the review applicant University has placed before us a sealed envelope which was opened in the Court. The contents of the sealed envelop are 2 communications by the Assistant Registrar, Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) Exam to the Senior Law Officer of the Savitribai Phule Pune University, indicating that the petitioner has scored 42 marks out of 100 marks in the first paper and 102 marks out of 200 in the second paper.The other letter is dated 30.11.2023, addressed by the same Assistant Registrar to the same Senior Law Officer indicating that a marks memo is not issued to any candidate appearing in the State Eligibility Test.

The learned Advocate for the University points out clause 2 (K) of the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (MH-SET) for Assistant Professorship Rules, vide which no candidate is issued with any mark-
sheet. The marks obtained by the candidate in each of the examination, is published online and the SET unit issues an ecertificate to the qualified candidates only. The screen-shot produced by the original petitioner matches with the communication placed before us by the University in the sealed envelope. 3.
In view of the above, this review application is allowed. 4.
Since a prayer is made that the direction issued by this Court in paragraph No. 8(A) of the Order dated 31.07.2021, in Writ Petition No. 611/2020 needs to be reviewed, as it pertains to providing a hard copy of the Marks Memo to the petitioner, clause 8(A) of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2021 stands deleted from the original order dated 31.07.2021.
