Prescription of reservation under Rule 4A of the Bombay Village Panchayat (Sarpanch and Upsarpanch Election) Rules, is for the duration of five years, which has been prescribed in the instant matter in the year 2015. Petitioner contends that in view of division of village, there shall re-consideration of allotment of seats. The contention does not deserve to be accepted. 2.

It would be open for the petitioner to raise appropriate grievance at appropriate stage. No interference is called for in the instant petition. Writ petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
