By this application, the review applicant i.e. Vice Chancellor, Maharashtra State Eligibility Test, Savitribai Phule Pune University State Agency, prays for condonation of delay of 195 days caused in preferring the review application. 2.
We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The Respondents have vehemently opposed the application.

By excluding the period with relation to COVID-19 pandemic, the delay is of 195 days.

For the reasons set out in the application, we do not find that the delay could be termed as being deliberate or inordinate.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Subject to removal of all office objections, the review application shall be registered. Liberty to circulate.
