As far as the relief of absorption is concerned, the parties are unanimous that the petitioner has already been absorbed on 13.06.2022. 3.

So far as the relief regarding arrears of salary is concerned, the respondent No. 8-incharge Headmaster in his affidavit has expressed inability to forward the salary bills since the petitioner's name is not included in 'Shalarth Pranali'. The Education Officer (Secondary) in his affidavit, filed pursuant to the direction on the last date, has expressly stated in paragraph No. 5 as under :

"I say and submit that after joining duty at Zilla Parishad Primary School, Kadwanchi Cluster Pirkalyan, Tq. & Dist. Jalna, by following due procedure the name of the petitioner is included in Shalarth Pranali. I say that the Block Education 1/2

952 WP 12634 OF 2021.odt Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Jalna submitted report to that effect on 23rd August, 2022. Copies of the letter dated 23.08.2022 and slip of online Shalarth System is annexed and marked as Exhibit-R-2."

In view of the above stand being taken by the respondent No. 8-incharge Headmaster and the concerned Education Officer (Secondary), the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 8-incharge Headmaster to now forward the salary bills for the period February 2021 onwards to the concerned Education Officer, as early as possible and in any event within three weeks from today.
