ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. The application is for condonation of delay of 1016 days in fling frst appeal by the Acquiring Body. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the delay has been occurred on the administrative ground. 2.

Hence, in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay can be condoned though strongly opposed by the respondent No. 1 - original claimant. Therefore, the application is allowed and the delay of 1016 days stands condoned.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
