P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in Writ Petition No. 14497 of 2019 and Writ Petition No. 14513 of 2019. Mr. Deve, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in all matters. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners is that, their land situated at village Bhadji is affected in road widening. The said land is not acquired. The respondent No. 4 has filed affidavit to the effect that the land of the petitioners is not affected in the work carried out by the respondent. The work is carried on the available ROW. 4.

The petitioners may seek joint measurement with the respondent authorities. The petitioners may pay the measurement fees. The petitioners and respondent authorities shall take effective steps after the joint measurement. The writ petitions accordingly are disposed of. No costs.
