The Applicants pray for issuance of notice to the unserved Respondents only, in Writ Petition No.4307/2014. It is submitted that the notice will be published in the newspaper daily "Lokmat" having largest circulation in and around Ahmednagar.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Issue notice to the unserved Respondents only, in Writ Petition No.4307/2014, returnable on 22.01.2016.
