Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the elections of the Gram Panchayat were held in the month of January 2021. Therefore, now hardly one month term of Gram Panchayat is remained and more particularly, there is no interim order passed by this Court during pendency of present petition and respondent no.4 is now holding the post of Sarpanch. 2.

In view of the fact that only one month term is remained, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is disposed of.
