The petitioner's proposal is awaiting for decision by the Scrutiny Committee, inspite of the fact that by the earlier order dated 06 March 2024 in Writ Petition No. 2568 of 2024, the Committee was to decide the petitioner's claim within six (06) months and the period is already over.
