In Consolidation Scheme implemented in 1975, it is claim of that present petitioners that land Gat No. 316 should have been shown their land and not Gat No. 317.

Respondents in a Civil Suit have already asserted above position on the aforesaid issue against present petitioners. 3.

In view thereof, order passed by the Court below, in my opinion, does not warrant any interference. As such, the petition stands dismissed.
