PER COURT :- The applicant is aggrieved by the order dated 3.9.1989, by which the Maharashtra State Waqf Tribunal has rejected application Exhibit 81, filed in Waqf Suit No.12 of 2016. Grievance is that the petitioner filed the said application for seeking permission to display a sign board of the Waqf Institution in front of the Waqf Property in view of the festival ceremony of Sama and Urs.

I have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate at length. An application for the same purpose is pending with the Waqf Board. Grievance is that the said application is not yet decided. BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2-CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 169 OF 2018 treatment of poor patients, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.1, through the learned AGP, that they would decide the said application expeditiously, but only after the applicant produces a receipt before the Waqf Board, upon depositing an amount of Rs. 1000/- with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad") on/or before 31.10.2018, in which case, his pending application would be decided within four weeks thereafter.
