The Petitioner has proposed the addition of paragraphs from 7A to 7U, Grounds IX to XXII and prayer clauses E to I.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The Respondents vehemently oppose this Civil Application contending that though subsequent events are sought to be brought on record, a huge amendment is sought to be carried out. 3.

A reply to the Writ Petition is yet to be filed. If the

*2* 919ca11721o23 amendment is allowed, the Respondents would get an opportunity of filing a comprehensive affidavit in reply. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Amendment is permitted. The same shall be carried out on or before 27.10.2023.

Since the amendment is large, the memo of the Writ Petition after amendment, shall be retyped and shall be filed along with the amendment, with copies to the learned Advocates for the Respondents.

Let a composite affidavit in reply be filed by the Respondents in the amended Writ Petition within three weeks thereafter.
